Sandy has more than eighteen years of entrepreneurial and corporate business experience, successfully undertaking diverse challenges. 11 years have been with global insurance and finance corporations in Canada. Before moving to Toronto, Sandy established a fiber-reinforced plastic plant in India supplying water cooler bodies to a multi-national corporation. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of a medium sized manufacturing company in Mumbai, India overseeing more than 100 employees. He successfully led the management team developing and implementing market strategies for rubber rollers and rubber lined products positively impacting bottom line growth.

As Principal of Dynamix Innovations Sandy works with clients to identify their objectives in developed and emerging markets. He develops and implements strategy for clients to achieve foreign market penetration, fulfilling their near term goals satisfactorily. Sandy’s forward thinking practical approach to assessing growth opportunities, experience in identifying new market opportunities, and creating and implementing a strategy to leverage the opportunity successfully, is the result of a perfect blend of hard and soft skills, analytics and experience.

Sandy completed his MBA from a renowned US University with a dual major in International Business and Marketing, providing him additional skills to implement his vision of assisting clients over-come cross cultural barriers and successfully establish themselves in foreign markets,. He is member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society, New York and New Jersey Chapter. He has training in pharmaceutical sales and micro-computer applications in North America, and residential real estate construction in India. He has lived in 3 countries and traveled extensively in Europe, Asia and North and Central America.
